Given the altered circumstances in the market, Catena AB and Coop Logistik AB have agreed not to fulfil the letter of intent previously established between the parties.
The ambition is for all of Catena’s future construction projects and, in the long term, existing buildings are to be certified in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Silver.

Catena AB and Coop Logistik AB have agreed on continuing a dialogue where the intention is for Catena to acquire a property and construct a 105,000 sqm automated warehouse in the municipality of Eskilstuna.
Catena is today acquiring three properties in Hilleröd, Horsens and Odense in Denmark. The properties are being sold by PostNord which is also a tenant at the relevant locations.
